Many new speakers announced

As we continue to develop the program, we are proud to announce a raft of confirmed speakers

Laurent Pierot

 

 

As previously announced Prof. Laurent Pierot will speak on the treatment of wide-neck aneurysms. Dr Pierot is Professor of Radiology in the faculty of Medicine of Reims (France) and Head of the department of Neuroradiology in University Hospital in Reims. He is currently General Secretary of the European Society for Minimally Invasive Neurological Therapies (ESMINT).

 

Eva A Jacobsen

 

He will now be joined by Dr Eva A Jacobsen, MD,PhD, chief consultant neurointerventional radiologist at Oslo University Hospital-Rikshospitalet. Dr Jacobsen is past chairperson of the Norwegian Neuro Radiology Society and has served abroad several times, including at Stanford University Hospital  in California.

Dr. Christian Georg Lund
Consultant neurologist at Oslo University Hospital-Rikshospitalet, specialising in the area of acute stroke treatment, with ongoing research in pre-hospital stroke diagnostics ("Stroke ambulance").

Dr Pål Gunnar Larsson
Pål Gunnar Larsson,Dr.Philos, is chief consultant in neurophysiology at Oslo University Hospital-Rikshospitalet

Dr Svein Harald Mørkve
Dual trained neurosurgeon and neurointerventionist, Dr Mørkve is currently acting consultant at Haukeland University Hospital, Bergen. He has previously worked as a Fellow in endovascular neurosurgery and neurointervention at the John Radcliffe Hospital and at the Southampton General Hospital in the United Kingdom.

Dr. Maren Ranhoff Hov
PhD candidate at the Norwegian Air Ambulance (Norwegian Acute Stroke Prehospital Project)

Siri Fløgstad Svensson,MSc, is a medical physicist in X-ray, CT and interventional radiography at Oslo Universitetssykehus and Sykehuset Østfold.

Mr Jørn Erik Jacobsen
Founder, CEO and partner in an innovational medical device company in Norway, Jørn Erik Jacobsen has long experience of  regulatory and practical challenges in bringing these products to market.

Prof. Terje Osnes
Terje Osnes, MD PhD. is professor of otorhinolaryngology (University of Oslo) and chief consultant in ENT at Oslo University Hospital-Rikshospitalet
